I was born in the land of Banjo Paterson, gum trees, and weather extremes. I am a freelance photographer. I love to make images that make people happy. To capture forever a precious moment. I am also a freelance writer/editor. I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage. I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008. I am writing my first novel. I love to write poetry, short stories, and also write for the web. And there is nothing that is on a par with a sunny summer's day spent at Waihi Beach. Thanks Gemma…he was a cutie, and had so much fun with his mate diving in and out of the waves, chasing seagulls.

Thanks Izaak. That was fun getting that to work. I like that song too. It is fin trying sometimes to find a song that matches, but you know that, you do it all the time.

What did you do with the cityscape Jo?

I was using a program named PHOTOSCAPE. They had a reflection thingee you could use. It was cool…you could lengthen or shorten the size of the reflection, and with this one I also played with how opaque I wanted it.

Thanks !! As for the city – I was using a program named PHOTOSCAPE. They had a reflection thingee you could use. It was cool…you could lengthen or shorten the size of the reflection, and with this one I also played with how opaque I wanted it. It is Auckland.

Cupcake is 2 thumbs up on the doggie reflection. She wishes there were two of her. I am happy there’s only one.

What a lovely reflective post, Jo 🙂 My favourite bit is the Mulan clip because I’m proper soppy, but I love the boat too.
