I am a freelance photographer. I love to make images that make people happy. To capture forever a precious moment.
I am also a freelance writer/editor.
I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008.
I am writing my first novel.
I love to write poetry, short stories, and also write for the web.
And there is nothing that is on a par with a sunny summer's day spent at Waihi Beach.

It is something I have just started to get interested in. That and moving water shots. So much fun…so many bad shots but when you get one good one…what a buzz.

I can’t make it out but it is most definitely pleasing to the eye. At first I thought a ring but then that didn’t make sense. 🙂

It is a hibiscus flower with a water droplet on it. I was rapt when I saw that the droplet was so perfect.

Thank you Madhu…yes it is a hibiscus from my back garden. Not many of them left as we head to winter but this one was too pretty to not try and capture. In the depths of winter as I sit huddled by the fire I figure it might add some cheer.
