I have two new students staying with me for a few weeks. From Thailand. Both girls are 14, and luckily their English is pretty reasonable. While it is a bit of work having people, especially young people you have to cook & clean for…it is nice work.
Last night the girls made me their favourite meal. Do NOT ask me to spell it. I have no clue, but it tasted pretty good.

So nice to have visitors. How long are they staying with you?
Until the 28th of this month. it is nice. I really enjoy having students every now and then. I loved having the house full of noise and fun when the kids were still here and I do miss that. Young people are such fun, and I love the way they look at life. The fur babies think it is cool as well. More attention.
It’s a lovely thing to do where everyone gains from the experience. I only tried having a student once, a young French girl and I loved it but I don’t have space now. these girls look great fun 🙂

I’ve been wondering what these students of yours. What for? It seems like a nice way to get some life perspectives from the young’uns.

So nice to have young visitors from another culture, and that they cooked for you. Love the selfie shot – too funny. 😂
