          1. But, they must still be represented in the Olympics, right?
I mean if ballroom dancing made it to Olympic status years ago, surely this synchronized swimming is still recognized.

I hardly watch TV and have no clue who’t been going on last 2-1/2 years.

    1. It was very different to last year. This time it was at a beach in Auckland. Same time as those ‘king tides’ were coming in. And it was much shorter…but very cleverly done.

    1. That is sad Gerry. These guys don’t get a lot of funding. Last year to put on their show ‘Swan Song’, they did some crowdfunding to pay for costumes and props.

  1. AS one who can’t even swim, I am in awe. To me water is lovely, keeps me alive sort of thing, (drinkswise) and that’s it, I can apreciate it too, in photo’s, sun hitting the sea and creating beauty to makes the throat catch, and your above photo, using it and creating balletic form and fun.. Marvellous stuff. (not really wordless, but then I’m totally unable to keep silent!! 😉 ) xPenx

  2. Oh wow! I would have loved to be there Jo. This is something you don’t see often. Great shots hon and thanks for sharing. 😀 *hugs*
