I was born in the land of Banjo Paterson, gum trees, and weather extremes. I am a freelance writer. I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage. I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008. I am writing my first novel. I love to write poetry, short stories, and also write for the web. And there is nothing that is on a par with a sunny summer's day spent at Waihi Beach.

          1. But, they must still be represented in the Olympics, right?
I mean if ballroom dancing made it to Olympic status years ago, surely this synchronized swimming is still recognized.

I hardly watch TV and have no clue who’t been going on last 2-1/2 years.

    1. It was very different to last year. This time it was at a beach in Auckland. Same time as those ‘king tides’ were coming in. And it was much shorter…but very cleverly done.

  1. AS one who can’t even swim, I am in awe. To me water is lovely, keeps me alive sort of thing, (drinkswise) and that’s it, I can apreciate it too, in photo’s, sun hitting the sea and creating beauty to makes the throat catch, and your above photo, using it and creating balletic form and fun.. Marvellous stuff. (not really wordless, but then I’m totally unable to keep silent!! 😉 ) xPenx

There are two things I know for certain. One: Bert and Ernie are gay. Two: I want to hear your opinion.
