I am also a freelance writer/editor. I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage. I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008.     1. Those stats come from a widget called Feedjit…look down at the bottom left hand side of the page in the footers. You have to find the one that works on WordPress.com – not all do.

          2. Go down the first list…I added views from NOW under it.
            It is all about my plan for World Domination…so I can’t tell you my secrets – sorry !!!! Look through the comments. There are links to a site that has this Feedjit widget that lets you see the countries. You can see it on my blog. Bottom left hand corner. But if you want one and have a WP.com blog you’ll need to go to the site in my comments to figure it out.

          8. See the little World map down in my footer…right hand side. Click on there and you can see all my visitors countries as well. You can see it via a map or they have a top countries tab and a top cities tab…very cool. Just found another cool stats counter. Gives you so much more info. Unique visitors/return visitors/ pages they visit/how long they stay…and on it goes. It is the pink button in the middle of the footer. You should go to the website and check it out. I have it set so people can only see my summary info…but it gets quite detailed for you yourself.

    1. I think that’s what I love the most Kathy…finding out where they all come from. It amazes me some of the places. Some I have never heard of, and others just make you stop and think. Yesterday when I saw someone from Montenegro for example. It just made me go WOW !!

  16. Amazing, Jo! It is great to see your work is doing so well. No, I am not on the list either, as I visit so rarely these days. I wish I had more time to enjoy, but these past months have been hectic beyond belief. Next month I am off to the USA, so perhaps I’ll get to do a massive catch-up in quiet hotel rooms, but I really want to finish editing my book, so the catch-up may not happen.
