I am a freelance photographer. I love to make images that make people happy. To capture forever a precious moment.
I am also a freelance writer/editor.
I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008.
I am writing my first novel.
I love to write poetry, short stories, and also write for the web.

Lovely touch… I love the way the nail polish glows in that top shot. 😉
Hi Jo, Patrick Swayze I just loved as an actor. and I cant say it was always his hands that caught my attention though.. :-)… But I sure enjoyed that Potters-Wheel Scene.. 🙂
Sending you lots of love from Dreamwalkers and hope you all healed too now in your hands department .. Hugs ~Sue xx
The first photo is spiritual without any words. lovely …
I have to go to you tube to see the video. It won’t let me do it here. I’ll have to check out Patrick S. – MMMMM – will see …!!!! Gilly, made it sound like an irrisistable view.
Very nice, Jo ….!! ~~~~ : – )
Love both pictures but I almost like the second one better. Good words to go with them, too. You know the first picture reminded me of the story behind that famous image of the “Praying Hands” by Albrecht Durer. Do you know it? If not, let me know and I shall e-mail it to you, I think you would enjoy it. 🙂
No I have not heard that story…do tell please !!! The first one was a couple on the dance floor who were in the beginnings of their love story. It was taken some time ago but the second was recent. Done at a creative coffee morning held here at one of the local churches every second Thursday.
