I was born in the land of Banjo Paterson, gum trees, and weather extremes.
I am a freelance photographer. I love to make images that make people happy. To capture forever a precious moment.
I am also a freelance writer/editor.
I live in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, but still like to claim my Australian heritage.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Communications in 2008.
I am writing my first novel.
I love to write poetry, short stories, and also write for the web.
And there is nothing that is on a par with a sunny summer's day spent at Waihi Beach.

Whahahahaha! Oh, I love that “demented” face! That looks is so familiar as well. Simba does the same. He doesn’t like eating ice-cream from the cone though. I think he gets “brain-freeze”. I must put it in my hand and then he will lick it up. LOL! And of course, if a little piece falls you better be careful not to stick your hand in there and everyone that knows my little man also knows they must leave him when he’s eating or he will eat you! hehehehe. She is adorable Jo and absolutely just as spoiled as my little man. I can see that so clearly! Well, they deserve to be spoiled. They are just one great blessing in our lives. š Love all your photo’s! They are so gorgeous! Thanks for sharing hon. š
*big hugs*
Now wouldnāt you be demented with temptations of Ice-cream Like that? Lovely Pictures Jo… Great shot of the beech and loved the reflection caught on the sand from the sunglasses.. Have a great Weekend.. ~Sue
Believe it, or not, Magi (my horse) used to eat ice cream, too. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream, it seems. š That looks like a lucky, loved, dog to me. š
The photos of your dog and the ice cream are priceless! When we buy ice cream, we have to buy one for our dog too – she adores it!
I specially like the sunglasses on the beach photo, it’s brilliant!
A wonderful beach-photo, makes me totally envious…
I like your dog. She almost looks like mine and of course mine is spoiled, too – altough she has to share her ice cone with her buddy.
Me – well it is neenish tarts. A friend makes the most unbeliebably decadent ones that have me moaning with sheer pleasure. Ate 4 of them last night. Sinful I know but oh so good…

That’s one spoiled dog!
