I had this at a friend’s place for lunch one day and was addicted immediately.
700 g broccoli
1 small onion
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
salt & pepper to taste
1. Cook the broccoli and onion in the stock until tender.
2. Add the mustard and blend (I like to leave it a bit chunky still)
3. Add a cup of cream or yoghurt
